Emergency response procedure. 

All adventure sports have some amount of risk, in order to mitigate this risk we have set procedure we follow incase of the occurrence of a accident or incident. 
1- We have already collected your basic medical information before starting the course, when you filled up your enrolment form. This contained Emergency contact, any prior medical conditions, Blood group, Allergies, and also your insurance details. 
2- Our first aid qualified instructors will aim to get to you as soon as they can, with a basic first aid kit. 
3- An ambulance is located right at the base of the training hill and will be called to the nearest location to you.

4-  Actions taken immediately

1. Stop all unrelated operation aside from the rescue 

2. Try to establish contact with the victim

3. Reach the victim as soon we as we can

4. Call the ambulance / medical experts

5. Give first aid

6. Accompany the victim to the hospital

7. Call emergency contact

8. Give the medical expert the patients medical information

9. Submit the insurance copy to the hospital / clinic. 

5- Submit an Accident/Incident report.
