Naasha started learning to fly with Khushroo (Her father) in 2018. After reaching an advanced level in flying, she was amazed with the impact learning paragliding has on the life of every pilot. She knew instantly that her calling was to introduce this sport to as many individuals as possible. So she started instructing under her fathers supervision from 2021. After which she desired to take her teaching methods to the next level and made a trip to the USA to improve her skills, this  involved 2 seasons of 6 months each. She came back with valuable skills to guide pilots through the skies.   
She traveled to Canada to gain her instructor rating in August, 2025

She has a masters degree in psychology and specializes in sports psychology. She provides valuable insights to paragliding students too as it is an inherently dangerous sport and needs a pilots mindset to be able to fly safely for many years.  
It has been 5 years since she started instructing and she can not imagine life without it
