The Bawas Behind the School
Naasha and Khushroo Pithawalla are the co-founders of ParaglidingBawas. Both are IPPI-certified paragliding instructors with experience ranging from coastal ridge soaring in Maharashtra to mountain flying in Bir Billing, Himachal Pradesh.

Our Philosophy
We Don't Just Teach Paragliding.
We Build Pilots.
At ParaglidingBawas, our goal has never been to fill seats on a tandem flight. From day one, we set out to create genuinely independent flyers — pilots confident enough to launch, soar, and land on their own, anywhere in India or beyond.
That's why we cover everything: ground-handling discipline, meteorology and weather reading, thermal understanding, equipment inspection, coastal and ridge soaring, and emergency protocols. Every student leaves with a complete skill set, not just a rating card. Our deepest ambition? To one day free-fly alongside the students we trained, riding the ridges of the world together.

SAFETY FIRST
Every course follows a rigorous, internationally benchmarked SOP. We never cut conners on safety checks, weather decisions, or equipment standards.
STUDENT FOR LIFE PROGRAM
Once you train with us, you're part of our community permanently. Former students are always welcome back for refreshers, coaching, and fly-outs.
INDEPENDENT PILOTS ONLY
We measure success by your ability to fly solo and make great decisions- not by how many students pass through the school each session.
