The Real Problem
Most schools aren't training you.
They're Processing you.
What usually happens at other schools
Many paragliding schools are built around throughput — the more students they cycle through, the better. The result: an instructor who sets up your glider, calls your launch, makes every decision for you, and sends you through the course on autopilot. You complete the hours. You get the rating. And you stand at the top of a hill alone for the first time and realise — you have no idea what you're actually doing.
It's not incompetence. It's incentive. A pilot who depends on instructors is a pilot who keeps paying for instruction.
How we think differently
We measure our success by whether you stop needing us. Every session at Paragliding Bawas is designed to build your judgment — how to read the wind, assess a launch, make the call yourself. Like a good school, our job is to prepare you for a world where your instructor isn't standing next to you.
We've had multiple students come to us frustrated — rated, but grounded — who are now flying independently. That track record is the only credential that matters here.
Review
I completed my courses at the school in Kamshet, but I felt a lack of understanding in the basics, theory, and launches. I worked with Kushroo to address these gaps extensively and build my understanding from the ground up. His approach is scientific, and he ensures that everything happening to your glider has a clear reason behind it. Very very patient with students. Superb mentor. I also worked on my landings with Naasha. She offers a very clear and structured approach, carrying the same depth and clarity in her teaching. Both are extremely knowledgeable and they make a great team. For folks who have completed P3 and P2 and have a gap should surely reach them out

"Other schools just wanted me to keep booking sessions. Here they actually explained the why behind every decision. I haven't needed an instructor since."
